What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later than the standard times?
Early check-in or late check-out up to 4 hours costs 25% of the rate. Up to 8 hours, 50%. Beyond that, a full night's rate. Subject to availability.
Is breakfast included in the nightly rate?
Breakfast is included in every rate and meal plan, served from 6am to 10am.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Wi-Fi is free and covers the whole resort.
Is there parking?
Parking is free.
How many pools does the resort have?
There are four pools, two for adults and two for kids. The one at the Varanda bar is heated. They're open from 8am to 10pm.
What leisure facilities are included at no extra cost?
Included in your stay: tennis court, beach tennis, multi-sport sand court, hammock area, Clubinho do Jacaré, kids activities, baby pool, playground, game room, hydromassage, fitness center and jacuzzi.
Can non-guests use any of the venues?
¡Vení! and Canoas serve both guests and outside visitors. The Garden space is exclusive to events. The Spa and the kids club are for guests only.
Does the resort accept pets?
The resort does not accept pets.
Are cribs or extra beds available?
The crib is free. We don't offer an extra bed: the reservation follows the existing room configurations.
Does the resort have accessibility features?
The resort has adapted rooms, a wheelchair ramp and pool access.
How far is the airport and Pajuçara beach?
We are 18 km from Zumbi dos Palmares airport and 3 km from the natural pools and the Pajuçara street market.
